Guide for fretting made in stainless steel, with two silicone rubber bands to prevent slipping. Blocking pieces in both ends made in plastic with three magnets that keep the saw in place. The magnets keep the saw straight and the blocking piece retains the saw back and avoids sawing too deep.
Depth can be adjusted by moving the central piece along the slide. Slide frame side has scale marks. 1 scale mark means 1mm depth adjustment.
The tool has two silicone rubber bands on the top and bottom to prevent slipping. To use the tool with a clam, it is recommended to remove the silicone band.
This tool is compatible with all Hosco® saws.
